流線型建筑形態(tài)

設計師從太極八卦圖獲取靈感，構建了兩個線條流暢、相對而立的建筑體量。大廈特殊的流線型形態(tài)可避免主要出入口遭受強風吹襲，立面幕墻上安裝的波浪形遮陽百葉在形態(tài)上既呼應了碧波粼粼的水面，以與流線型的建筑形態(tài)相得益彰，同時，也具備了有效阻止夏日強烈的日光照入室內的功能，實現了功能與美觀的統(tǒng)一。

開闊的建筑視野

兩棟建筑錯開設置，其中較低的建筑些微后退，仿若將較高的建筑環(huán)抱其中。建筑朝向也發(fā)生一定的偏離，兩者之間形成了一個開敞的空間。其尺度經過精心計算，酒店和辦公大樓的視野不會互相干擾，這使處于兩棟大樓內的用戶都可眺望澳門地標性建筑的美景。同時，設計師還充分考慮了建筑與周邊環(huán)境的關系，項目獨特的空間布局也不會影響到周邊的建筑以及未來潛在發(fā)展項目的視野。

This mixed-use development contains accommodation for a 5-star hotel, international grade-A offices and top commercial facilities. This development benefits from a prime location facing the waterfront only a few hundred meters from the world-famous Cotai strip in Macau. Superior location, an eye-catching and modern design shall make this development the latest landmark in Zhuhai.

Linear Architectural Form

Designers get inspiration from the Eight Trigrams to create two linear architectural volumes that stand oppositely. The building’s linear shape also protects its main entrance from wind, while the façade consists of louvers in wavy forms which shade unwanted glare and correspond to the linear form of the building, accentuates the concept of a rippling water surface. By this, it achieves a unity of functions and aesthetics.

Open Architectural View

The two buildings have a staggered layout with the lower building retreated a little bit, encircling the higher one. Rotated orientation of the two buildings creates an open space in between. The organic towers of this project are carefully arranged to provide hotel guests and office users with stunning views of significant landmarks in Macau. Meanwhile, the relationship between buildings and surroundings has been taken into account, respecting the development potential and view corridors of adjacent sites.
